For my (snow)flaky friends, the sequel

I found this Tim Holtz Kraft Core paper and thought it would be perfect to use with his grungy snowflake stamps for my second creation for the recent Jingle Belles Snow Challenge. It just so happened that the Christmas Cards All Year Round October Challenge is to use either a non-traditional image with traditional Christmas colors OR a traditional image with non-traditional colors so I'm also linking this up to CCAYR as these are definitely non-traditional colors!

  1. Love all the different snowflake images both stamped and embossed.

I did enjoy the Jon Katz book - I've also read another of his books when he first took on Orson.

Thank you for your kind comments about my blog.

  3. non-traditional, but really COOL looking colors... and what a brilliant combination of papers, stamps and techniques! i was trying to think of the right adjective and all i could come up with was "homespun" which really didn't do it... luckily miss stef got here first and i realized "rustic elegance" was the phrase for which i was searching! love it! ♥♥♥
